船橋市議会「ロシアによるウクライナへの軍事侵略に対する決議」を全会一致で決議（2022年3月4日）

2022年（令和4年）3月4日、船橋市議会で全会一致で以下の決議がなされました。
ロシアによるウクライナへの軍事侵略に対する決議
我が国は、ウクライナの民主化・自由化を推進し、地域の平和と安定に寄与するために国際社会と協調しつつ、同国に対する支援を行ってきた。
そうした中、国際社会の懸命な努力にもかかわらず、2月24日にロシア軍がウクライナへの侵略を開始した。
ロシア軍による侵略は、同国の主権及び領土の一体性への侵害、武力の行使を禁ずる国際法の深刻な違反であり、力による一方的な現状変更を認めないという国際秩序の根幹を脅かすもので、断じて許されず、厳しく非難する。
国際社会は連携し、あらゆる外交手段を駆使して、軍の即時撤収と速やかな平和の実現に全力を尽くすべきである。

この決議案は、以下のように、船橋市議会の全会派（市民民主連合、公明党、自由市政会、飛翔、日本共産党、創風ふなばし、新楓）の代表者が提出者・賛成者として発議され、全会一致で決議されました。

Japan has provided support to the country in cooperation with the international community to promote democratization and liberalization of Ukraine and to contribute to the peace and stability of the region.
Despite the hard work of the international community, the Russian army began to invade Ukraine on February 24.
The invasion by the Russian army is a violation of international law that prohibits the use of force, and is a serious violation of international law that prohibits the use of force, and threatens the foundation of the international order of not allowing unilateral changes in the situation.
The international community should cooperate and make full use of all diplomatic means to make every effort to quickly withdraw the army and achieve prompt peace.
The resolution will be resolved.
